about

If You Are Here

If you’ve been silenced.
If you’ve carried stories alone.
If you’ve clawed your way back to your own name.

You are welcome here.
Not as a follower, but as someone who knows what it means to rise wild and uninvited.
Let these words meet you wherever you are—in the soft, the sharp, the in-between.

You don’t need permission to bloom.

Why SALT+TONGUE Exists

SALT+TONGUE is my personal record of survival and return. It is where I lay down the words I wasn’t supposed to speak, the poems I wasn’t meant to write, the rage I was taught to swallow, and the softness I learned to protect.

I grew up knowing what it meant to be quiet, to behave, to disappear.
But writing saved me.
Voice remade me.
And now, this space holds what I never want to lose again: truth without permission.
